AGAINST THE AMENDMENT : 17

As for the Covenant Amendment vote, due to the participation being low, we didn't receive enough votes to meet the minimum required. It takes 2/3 of the property owners to meet the requirements to pass any amendments. Based on discussion during the annual meeting, as well as property owners, who reached out to discuss it, we have decided to table the vote, and work to find a compromise in how it was written. There were great suggestions offered, and a few have volunteered to join a small committee to work on these changes.
